With the industry transitioning from traditional fuels to alternative energy, alongside growing pressures around decarbonisation, security, connectivity and productivity, Aquarius continues to focus on intelligent data-led digital solutions that help operators meet evolving compliance and operational demands.
From tachograph analysis and asset maintenance to driver communication, defect reporting, incident management, document management and time and attendance, Aquarius brings key compliance workflows together across its integrated software suite, supported by the driver-friendly Aquarius App and its hardware solutions - helping fleets improve visibility, reduce administrative burden and make smarter data-led decisions across the business.
Visitors to the Aquarius stand will see all the latest developments, including the recently launched DVLA-approved Licence Check solution, which has been fully integrated within ClockWatcher Elite to simplify one of the most vital areas of operator responsibility.
Licence Check is just one example of Aquarius’s ongoing investment. It also sits within a wider programme of continuous improvement, developed through close customer collaboration and operator feedback. Over the past year alone, the company’s in-house development team has delivered more than 490 new software features and updates across the full digital portfolio. These range from significant new functionality to smaller refinements that make a meaningful difference to everyday operational processes, helping to make compliance and fleet management simpler and more efficient.
Visitors will also be able to see how the Aquarius App’s high level of customisability, particularly around vehicle, asset and driver checks, is enabling operators to adapt workflows that support more efficient administrative processes and improved workshop activity - demonstrating how practical, forward-thinking enhancements can be shaped collaboratively with customers every day.
Alongside this, another major focus for 2026 is integration beyond the platform itself. At the show, the team will demonstrate how its Data API enables secure integration with third-party systems such as TMS, payroll, telematics and finance tools - breaking down data silos and creating a joined-up operational view.
Liz Haselden, Director of Marketing and Operations at Aquarius IT, said:“As we return to the Commercial Vehicle Show for our 21st year of exhibiting, trade shows like this remain about far more than showcasing technology - they open the door to insightful conversations, knowledge sharing, and the kind of valuable operator feedback that directly informs our in-house product development and roadmap.”
She added: “It’s also great to see new initiatives being introduced for 2026, including the show’s enhanced focus on the bus and coach market and the new ‘Meet the Bus Operator’ programme, which will help create even more conversations and connections.”
Aquarius will also be contributing to the wider event programme, with Marc Caplin, Compliance Manager at Aquarius, speaking on the Tech Stage on Day 2 in support of the show’s 2026 theme: Fuelling Change.
