The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter is the most clocked vehicle in the UK, according to a study by vehicle history checker carVertical. Some 4.7% of Sprinters checked by the platform in the UK last year showed mileage discrepancies.
carVertical warned that the popularity of vans for delivery work leads to them often having high mileages, causing some to be ‘rolled-back’ in search of higher resale value. Elsewhere in Europe, the biggest roll-back found by carVertical was in Spain, where a Mercedes-Benz V-Class lost 261,495km.
