The RHA has been named as one of the best places to work by The Sunday Times. It appeared in The Sunday Times’ Best Places to Work 2026, in the medium-sized organisation category, for the third year in a row.
The list, which celebrates the best employers in the UK, is based on survey feedback from employees. The criteria are based on several key areas, including workplace culture, leadership, employee engagement and wellbeing.
Richard Smith, RHA managing director, said: “We’re absolutely delighted to have been named in the list for a third year in a row. This is a huge achievement for team RHA and it recognises our evolution as an organisation.
“Taking our place once more on this prestigious list is a significant moment. We’re incredibly proud of all our people and we’re pleased to have been acknowledged in this way. I’d like to thank our dedicated colleagues for their continued hard work and the pride they take in their work every single day.
“This recognition is a reflection of the passion, dedication and values-driven work of every member of our team. We couldn’t be prouder of how our core values – Relevance, Quality, Trust, Collaboration, Support and Knowledge – are embodied by our team. “
