Iveco is launching two new electric vans – the rather oddly named eJolly and eSuperJolly. The eJolly, based on Stellantis’ mid-sized electric vans, the Peugeot Expert and Vauxhall Vivaro, offers a payload of up to 1175kg, with a gross vehicle weight (GVW) of between 2.8 and 3.2 tonnes.

Two battery packs are offered, 49kWh or 75kWh, offering 139 and 218 miles of range respectively. The eJolly produces 135PS and is capable of fast charging, adding 62 miles of range in 15 minutes. An ePTO is available, allowing for refrigeration units and mobile workshops to be installed in the cargo area.

The eSuperJolly, based on the electric version of the Fiat Ducato and Vauxhall Movano, offers a GVW of between 3.5 and 4.25 tonnes and a payload of up to 1400kg. With a 110kWh battery, the eSuperJolly has a range of up to 260 miles and can fast charge like the eJolly, adding 62 miles of range in 15 minutes. Power output is 271PS and the cab features an adjustable table and wireless charging. Cargo volume is up to 17 cubic metres.

Level 2+ advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) are offered on both the eJolly and eSuperJolly.

Carlotta Mathis, head of strategy and marketing at Iveco, said: “The introduction of our eJolly and eSuperJolly, developed in collaboration with Stellantis Pro One, represents a significant milestone in our strategic journey. Together, we are delivering advanced, efficient, and sustainable mobility solutions that create substantial value for our customers.

“These new vehicles are a testament to our ongoing pursuit of innovative solutions designed to meet the needs of our customers.”
