GREENFLEET has announced the launch of its new Decarbonisation Hub, a first-of-its-kind feature at the Commercial Vehicle Show, designed to drive forward the conversation around fleet sustainability and provide practical solutions to the challenges of decarbonising road transport.
The Decarbonisation Hub will serve as a focal point for exploring advancements in sustainable technology, offering visitors a combination of expert-led insights and access to cutting-edge solutions. At the heart of the hub will be a live studio, where industry leaders, innovators, and experts will take part in panel discussions, interviews, and live debates addressing the most pressing issues in fleet decarbonisation.
The hub will also feature a pavilion of leading suppliers showcasing the latest innovations in electric and low-emission vehicles, charging infrastructure, and fleet management technology. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about practical steps they can take to transition their fleets toward net-zero while maintaining operational efficiency.
Jason Devoto, GREENFLEET Managing Director, said: "The Decarbonisation Hub represents a critical step in supporting the commercial vehicle sector’s efforts to reduce emissions. By bringing together technology providers, policymakers, and fleet operators, it’s our goal to provide actionable solutions that align with the industry’s net-zero ambitions. The Commercial Vehicle Show is the perfect stage to launch this initiative, and we’re confident it will resonate with visitors.”
The Commercial Vehicle Show is a pivotal event for the road transport sector, and the introduction of the Decarbonisation Hub is set to bolster its reputation as a platform for innovation and business growth. Mike Costain, Director of the Commercial Vehicle Show, commented "Sustainability is now a core priority for the road transport sector, and the Decarbonisation Hub provides a dedicated space to tackle these challenges head-on. It will give visitors the chance to engage with the latest thinking, technology, and expertise to help them meet their environmental targets while keeping fleets on the road. We’re delighted to partner with GREENFLEET to deliver this vital new feature."
The Decarbonisation Hub is expected to draw significant interest from fleet operators, manufacturers, and suppliers, all of whom are seeking solutions to meet growing regulatory and customer demands for cleaner, more efficient transport.
The Commercial Vehicle Show will take place at the NEC Birmingham, UK on 29 April -1 May 2025. Find out more information here.
