The Commercial Vehicle Show (CV Show) 2025 will welcome the return of The EV Café Village. Which promises to be bigger and better than ever, featuring more exhibitors, expanded content, and a larger area dedicated to hands-on demonstrations, interactive exhibits, and access to industry experts driving decarbonisation.

Returning by popular demand to the UK’s largest road transport trade show at Birmingham’s NEC from 29 April-1 May 2025, The EV Café Village promises an unmissable experience where visitors can immerse themselves in the cutting-edge of electric commercial vehicles. It will provide fleet operators considering going green with the perfect chance to get to grips with an entire ecosystem of EV solutions – making the switch a practical, commercial success.

Featuring hands-on demonstrations, interactive exhibits, and direct access to industry experts, The EV Café Village simplifies EV adoption for road transport operators. The hub illustrates how electric trucks, vans and clean energy, and accessible charging solutions can seamlessly integrate into fleet operations - removing barriers and building confidence in the transition to net-zero.

More than 10,000 visitors attended last year’s edition of the CV Show - a third of which were company directors or executive managers – and The EV Café Village was in high demand among businesses seeking the latest advice and insight on how EVs can seamlessly merge with their fleet operations. As part of the village, The EV Café Stage will host a free-to-attend conference, delivering expert talks and valuable industry insights. Visitors can explore key topics such as transitioning to zero-emission vehicles, successfully adopting an EV fleet, the Zero Emission Van Plan, available support for the transition, EV charging solutions, and insights into battery technology and lifespan. This comprehensive programme will empower businesses to embrace electric transformation with confidence.

The CV Show, owned and run by SMMT and RHA, is an event made by the industry, for the industry. Renowned for its focus on zero-emission vehicles, it has become the venue of choice for manufacturers to unveil their latest models. As Britain’s premier showcase for zero-emission trucks and vans, last year’s event featured over 50 different electric and fuel cell vehicles on display, solidifying its reputation as the leading platform for sustainable commercial vehicle innovation.

Paul Kirby, Commercial Director for The EV Café, commented, "The EV Café Village showcases that the journey to a sustainable, zero-emission future is one we take together. With the Commercial Vehicle Show as the perfect place for industry professionals to connect, learn, and experience the latest innovations, our collaboration breaks down barriers and empowers businesses to transition to electric with confidence. Visitors will discover that a profitable, sustainable future is not just a vision for tomorrow but a tangible opportunity today."

Mike Costain, Event Director, Commercial Vehicle Show, said, “The Commercial Vehicle Show is the place where business gets done, so we are delighted to join forces with The EV Café Village as we kickstart a bold new journey – providing businesses fleets with the advice and expertise they need to make fleet decarbonisation a practical, commercial success.”

The EV Café Village is joining forces with The CV Show to kickstart a bold journey toward a net-zero future. This exciting partnership is paving the way for collaboration that will supercharge the commercial vehicle industry’s drive for sustainability. Together, they’re creating a roadmap to a greener tomorrow.
