Renowned bodybuilder Alloy Bodies is expanding its operations with the launch of a new brand – Vansform.
The new operation aims to bring its expertise and commitment to quality to the panel van conversion sector.
Managing director Russ Hallowes explained: “For over 50 years we’ve built a great reputation for providing premium rigid truck bodies. But while we have always offered panel van conversions, that’s been a smaller part of our business. Now, with the launch of Vansform, we aim to set that right.”
Vansform is a dedicated van conversion division with its own identity, under the wider Alloy bodies umbrella. It is targeting users of vans of all sizes who need their cargo areas equipped with racking, storage, power sources and more.
Alloy Bodies sales director Anthony Clayton added: “We want to bring new and existing customers a dedicated offering in the van conversion sector, one that complements what we offer as a commercial vehicle bodybuilder. Our customer feedback tells us Alloy Bodies is a strong and reputable brand in the LCV industry so we want to build on that heritage and customer confidence through Vansform.
“Our aim is to offer the same flexible approach for panel vans as we do with chassis cabs. If a customer’s conversion requirements are safe, practical and compliant then we will provide a tailored solution where others may not. Our volume production capabilities and buying power also allow us to scale up to meet the demands of large fleet replacements.”
He added: “I am genuinely excited by the potential of Vansform and look forward to seeing the brand grow.”
