First showing for electric Isuzu D-Max

Isuzu unveils electric D-Max at Bangkok Motor Show, with AWD, one-tonne payload, and UK launch possibly next year.

Isuzu has revealed the first pictures of an electric version of the D-Max pick-up, which is making its debut at the Bangkok Motor Show. The concept vehicle is equipped with all-wheel-drive and offers a one-tonne payload.

A production version could arrive in the UK as early as next year. Isuzu confirmed sales will begin in Norway first, before expanding into other markets.

We are proud to work with a manufacturer committed to creating a carbon-neutral future and announce this innovative vehicle to the UK market, providing our customers with an environmentally friendly option without compromising on performance or reliability.

The D-Max BEV has a maximum power output of 176PS and 325Nm, from its two electric motors. Power is supplied from a 66.9kWh battery.
